RSRC acquired the 224-unit apartment community in the north Chicago suburb of Lake Bluff at the end of 2017. In addition to the apartments, the community has 349 surface parking spaces and 50 detached garage spaces. The property is located near several major employers in an underserved market with excellent schools, and as a result it draws high quality tenants. RSRC viewed this acquisition as an opportunity to improve management and bring rents up to market and completed a full renovation of the clubhouse and pool deck.
