Mr. Saliterman has over 19 years of experience in acquiring, financing, operating and disposing of income producing real estate properties. Mr. Saliterman provides oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, financing and asset management for RSRC. Prior to co-founding RSRC, he spent six years working for Equity Residential as an acquisition and disposition officer, during which time he has overseen $1.1 billion in transactions. continued
In 2012 RSRC and Seattle native Julia Peckham formed Calibrate Property Management (“Calibrate”) to provide in-house and third-party multifamily property management services. This platform allows RSRC to be a fully integrated real estate company, and to have a greater influence on the properties in which we act as Sponsor. Julia Peckham, President
Julia Peckham is a proven multifamily management professional. Prior to her position as President of Calibrate Property Management, Julia acted as Vice President of Abode Property Management, and specialized in the management of both lease-up and stabilized properties in the Seattle market. Under the Abode brand, Julia managed several Class A multifamily properties totaling approximately 900 units, 29,000 square feet of commercial space and over 25 full time property employees.
Julia Peckham has over 18 years of fee and owner operated experience with demonstrated accomplishments in all facets of residential property management. She has extensive experience in pre-development, development, lease-up and renovation activities, as well as the quality track record in stabilized operations. She has been directly involved in the new lease-up of communities and has held asset management responsibilities during the sale of properties. Prior to her work at Abode, Julia began her career in the property management business with Pinnacle Realty Management group based in Seattle.
Managing Partner of Midwest
Adam has over 16 years of experience in the Chicago multi-family industry. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $875 million of residential real estate in the Chicagoland area. During his tenure with Equity Residential, he was involved in managing the marketing, sales, construction and overall operations of several condominium conversion projects totaling 500 condominium units in Suburban Chicago. His current duties include day to day oversight for the Midwest Market.
Adam holds a BA from St. Xavier University and is an Illinois licensed broker.
Vice President of Operations
Mari Trimachi joined Calibrate Management in 2013. Working for Horton Commercial Realty, she managed residential, retail and commercial properties. After relocating to the Seattle area in 2006, she began working with BRE Properties. She handled marketing and management for new construction mid-rise LEED certified buildings in the Seattle market. She joined Abode Property Management in 2010, where she continued to hone her skills in multi-use property management.
Mari holds a BS from Michigan State University, and is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington.
Vice President of Construction Services
Jeff serves as Calibrate’s Capital Project Manager in charge of capital improvements and development. Jeff has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry with property management and real estate development clients. While with Equity Residential, Jeff completed project budgeting of over $45 million in annual revenues. He also led due diligence for property acquisition of over $160 million. Jeff is currently serving as the Owner’s Representative for the Pure Apartment project in Redmond, Washington.
Jeff holds a BA in Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
