Union at Roosevelt, Phase II will be a 110-unit apartment community located adjacent to our Phase I project at the intersection of Roosevelt and 1st Avenue near downtown Phoenix. In addition to the apartments, the community will include one commercial space and will add 102 parking spaces to the existing 103 in the Phase I garage. Amenities for the property will include an outdoor pool and pool deck on the third-floor podium, clubroom, and fitness center.
