Mr. Tanaka co-founded Randolph Street Realty Capital (“RSRC”) in September 2009 and has since acquired over $200 million of distressed and value add multifamily properties. The properties are located in Seattle, Chicago, Minneapolis, Fort Lauderdale, and San Diego. RSRC has been primarily focused on acquiring bank owned distressed assets in high barrier to entry markets, which require some level of construction or lease up to stabilize.
Mr. Saliterman helped co-found Randolph Street (“RSRC”) in September 2009 and has over 17 years of experience in acquiring, financing, operating and disposing of income producing real estate properties. In 2012 RSRC and Seattle native Julia Peckham formed Calibrate Property Management (“Calibrate”) to provide in-house and third-party multifamily property management services. This platform allows RSRC to be a fully integrated real estate company, and to have a greater influence on the properties in which we act as Sponsor.
