Randolph Street Realty Capital has finalized construction plans for a Class A apartment complex located in the Lowry Hill District of Minneapolis. The project will consist of 111 residential units and two commercial units totaling approx. 8,700sf. The TGMA project promises to be one of the first in the Lyndale corridor/Lowry Hill between downtown Minneapolis and Uptown submarkets. The location provides easy access to major employment hubs as well as social, sports and entertainment districts. The project will have a total of 141 parking spaces.
The building will feature a large common area rooftop deck offering views and an escape from the busy streetscape. Building amenities will include a fitness center, a clubroom, large landscaped roof deck over parking garage, leasing office and building lobby. Unit finishes will include a washer/dryer, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and vinyl plank flooring. The first floor will consist of parking spaces, retail space, the building’s offices/clubhouse and bike storage facilities.
