RSRC developed a 105-unit property in a high-end suburb of Seattle, Washington. The property consists of 105 condominium-grade units with an average unit size of approximately 700sf. The property also includes approximately 4,500sf of retail space. The property opened in July 2016, and achieved stabilization in February 2017. RSRC recapitalized the property in July 2017, with LP investors receiving a 1.97x valuation (25.68% XIRR) on their invested capital either through redemption or in the on-going company after a 36-month hold.
